We want you to be happy with your purchase. We accept product returns for full-price online orders within 30 days of the purchase date provided products are unused and in the original packaging. The buyer is responsible for return postage. Pro Program orders are not eligible for return at this time.

Warranty Policy

All Skv products are covered for the lifetime of the product to be free from manufacturer’s defects, and we will replace the defective products at no charge (taxes and shipping not included).

Skv has sole discretion to determine what qualifies as a manufacturer’s defect, and only products purchased from our e-store are covered by our lifetime warranty. If your warranty claim is approved, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping and taxes of the replacement product.

Merch and wears, including hats and tees, are not covered under the lifetime warranty policy

How it works

The warranty process normally takes 1-2 weeks. To start a warranty claim, head over to the Warranty Claims Form. To help make the warranty process go smoothly, you’ll need the following:

1. Product name and model
2. The product SKU or UPC number. These identify the specific model, colorway, and size. They can be found on the original packaging or on the product page at
3. Photos that clearly show the problem with your product. Check out Warranty Claim Photos for examples.

If your warranty claim is approved, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping the replacement product to you.

Replacement Policy
If your problem does not fall under our warranty policy, Skv may (at our discretion) be able to replace frames, lenses, and other parts for interchangeable models for a fee at our discretion. Scratched or otherwise abused lenses and fixed lenses are not eligible for replacement. For more information, submit a request using the Contact form. All fees for replacement depend on the model and parts required.

Scope and Duration of the Skv Warranty
The Skv warranty program lasts for the lifetime of your Skv product and covers all parts of your Skv product as related to manufacturing defects or failure. The warranty program does not include a product that is lost, stolen, dropped, sat on, stepped on, run over, shattered, chewed by your pet, or any other damage that is caused by misuse, abuse, or negligence.

Please be advised that the Skv warranty is for authentic Skv Optics products including authentic Skv lenses, frames, and parts without modification of any sort. Any alteration to lenses, frame parts, or nose pads voids all warranties.

Limitation on Damages
For breach of any written or implied warranty on this product, the consumer is limited to damages of repair of the product or replacement with an identical or equivalent style, at the election of Skv. Skv is NOT liable for any other damages, such as special, incidental, or consequential damages, resulting from the use of this product. Note: Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of special, incidental, or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights that vary from state to state.

This warranty extends to residents of the United States only.

What are product SKU #s?

The product SKU numbers are unique identifiers assigned to each product to represent the specific model, colorway, and size. These numbers are how Skv identifies each product and are important when filing and processing a warranty claim.
